Hi, I am Taylor
founder & therapist at Liminal Wellness Co., offering telehealth sessions in South Carolina, Ohio and Florida.
I work with adults and parents who feel anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in survival mode. If you’re carrying too much and struggling to slow down, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to figure it out alone, either.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and rooted in evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation. Together, we’ll create space to better understand what’s beneath the overwhelm, and build the tools to move forward with more clarity, steadiness, and self-trust.
