Do you offer a sliding scale?
Currently, I do not have sliding scale availability. If you’re seeking lower-cost options, I’m happy to provide referrals.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or missed appointments will be charged $50.
How often should I schedule sessions?
Most clients start with weekly sessions to build momentum and consistency. However, we’ll customize the schedule based on your needs and availability.
Do you offer evening or weekend appointments?
Yes! I offer evening sessions on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday. Morning and daytime sessions Friday, Saturday & Sunday.
How does telehealth therapy work?
All sessions are conducted via a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. You’ll just need a quiet, private space and a stable internet connection.
What can I expect in the first session?
We’ll talk about what brought you in, what you’re hoping to get out of therapy, and begin exploring what support could look like. There’s no pressure to share everything right away - we’ll move at your pace.
