Common Questions

  • Is care management covered by Medicare or Medicaid?

No. These are private-pay services and are not billed to Medicare or Medicaid. Some families have other benefits; confirm directly with your plan.

  • Is there a minimum commitment?

After the initial assessment, monthly plans have a three-month minimum.

  • Do you provide emergency or 24/7 nursing?

No. In an emergency, call 911.

  • Can you change medications?

No. Medication review identifies questions for the prescriber, who remains responsible for orders.
